This course walks through five unique pillars of my unique approach.—physical health, emotional health, energetic health, social health, and environmental health. 

After waiting years and years for answers that never came from others, I developed my signature approach to save my own life and overcome years of suffering from chronic pain and illness. How much time will I need to invest in this course?

Module 1 is imperative to your healing because it provides the foundation for holistic wellness.

However, this module doesn’t address the implementational aspects of the healing journey or of my signature holistic approach. The rest of the course is how you will learn to address your goals for healing on that strong foundation.
