I made a decision that night:
I would take full responsibility for my health. I would stop looking for “the one” or “the thing” to heal me and start the journey to create true health for myself from the inside out.
The years that followed were anything but straightforward or smooth. I continued to face challenges, navigating an emotionally abusive relationship before meeting my husband, and eventually recognizing the patterns of abuse I had experienced in my own family.
Through it all, it has been—and remains—my responsibility to do my work and lead by example. Because if I can do it and still be healthy, so can you.
Following the core steps of what would become my signature transformative approach, I began to reconnect with myself—mind, body, and spirit. I stayed committed to doing my work. I grounded myself in connection and aligned with my highest self. Over time, my symptoms faded, my energy returned, and I finally began to experience the optimal health I had been searching for. My connection to myself and Source became my guide and compass, and now I live a Divinely guided life. It’s the only way for me.
