The Health and Longevity Practice is a place where we move beyond surface-level solutions and address the true foundation of health—connection, balance, and aligned choices.
Connection is the foundation and essence of being healthy—your connection to yourself, mind, body, and spirit, and to Source. Without it, true health cannot be sustained. Our first step is grounding your health in this connection. Through practices like breathwork, meditation, intuitive development, and energy work, you will cultivate a deep connection that becomes your lifelong guide and resource. You cannot build optimal health and longevity on a foundation of disconnection. Here, connection is key.
To be connected, your nervous system must be balanced. A regulated nervous system is essential for health, as it impacts every other system in the body. Together, we’ll work to recalibrate your nervous system, building resilience and enabling you to navigate life’s inevitable stresses, challenges, symptoms, and setbacks in a healthy way. This may involve breathwork, vagal toning, somatic work like yoga, inner child work, and exploring the impact of trauma. With a strong foundation in connection, you’ll find it easier to regulate and maintain inner harmony.
True health requires understanding who you really are and releasing what doesn’t serve you. Here, we’ll define what being healthy—mind, body, and spirit—feels like for you and identify who you need to become to embody that. Through deep inner work, you’ll connect to the truth within yourself, uncovering and moving beyond self-imposed barriers. This process involves turning inward, letting go of outdated identities, and embracing the healthy, authentic self that aligns with your highest vision.
From a place of connection and balance, you will reevaluate choice as a powerful tool in co-creating your healthiest self. You’ll work on aligning your choices with your highest self—adopting beliefs, behaviors, and stories that reflect your commitment to optimal longevity and wellbeing. This is where you will release what no longer serves you and step into alignment with your healthiest identity.
Once you’re connected, balanced, and embodying the healthiest version of yourself, you’ll build sustainable habits for lifelong health. Lifestyle Longevity is where we address the physical aspects of health—like food and supplements—and target root causes at every level. This stage is about creating a lifestyle that supports optimal longevity and wellbeing, including physical, environmental, emotional, social, spiritual, and energetic dimensions. Here, your connection and choices co-create a life that reflects your highest and healthiest self.
Finally, feel your best - mind, body, and spirit. We’ll integrate all of the tools and resources you’ve been implementing so you can set yourself up for sustainable health and well-being, and map out what the next step of your transformation will look like.
After I spent years struggling with chronic physical, mental, and emotional health issues, I reached a breaking point. I couldn’t bear to hear one more doctor say, “You’re just going to have to manage it,” while they handed me another prescription, therapy, or test to address one of my many symptoms.
So, I decided to try a different route and went to see a naturopath for a new perspective. I walked out the door with a completely new plan—diet changes, supplements—an entirely new lifestyle. But after more than six months of effort and thousands of dollars on tests and supplements, I’d collected more pieces to my puzzle, but I still wasn’t feeling better. I still felt stuck. I was still lost.
All I wanted was to be healthy.
Deep down, I knew there was a way to put the pieces of the puzzle together and actually create real health. I was ready to take full responsibility for my health—why couldn’t anyone help me do that?
I had been focusing on only ONE side of the health equation—the physical—and completely ignoring the other side: energetic and non-physical health.
So I held up a magnifying glass to myself and started to do the real inner work so I could create Higher Health from the inside out.
Our identity is what drives our behaviors and actions, and the person I’d been wasn’t going to get me where I wanted to go. To transform, I had to change who I was being. I took 100% responsibility for creating the health and life I wanted, and above all, committed to grounding myself in my connection to myself and to Source.
Through this process, I transformed into the healthiest version of myself—mind, body, and spirit. My connection is now my anchor and guide, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I live a Divinely guided life, and I'm in love with it. It’s an honor and privilege to support my clients on their own journey of transformation and Higher Health.
