My Story

COMPASSION • UNDERSTANDING •  SURVIVAL

I have spent over 30 years struggling to overcome chronic health issues that nearly cost me my life.

For years I went from one specialist to another, struggled through countless painful tests and procedures, and tried dozens of different medications.

No one and nothing ever made me feel better or even close to healthy.

Then I began working with different alternative healers, naturopaths, and functional medicine doctors. Each one recommended a different diet, different supplements, and a different lifestyle.

I went to each new practitioner hopeful that he or she would be the one.

> The one who was finally going to be the missing link.

> The one who was finally going to give me the answers I’d been searching decades for.

> The one who was finally going to help me get better.

But no one and nothing ever did. 

After all those years I was left feeling deflated, exhausted, depressed, and hopeless.

All I wanted was help.  All I wanted was to know what it was like to feel healthy again.  I wanted to be able to go to the store or out to dinner or do anything without constantly worrying about my health problems getting in the way.

I wanted my life back.  I was tired of crying and praying for answers. 

I was tired of watching my life pass me by wondering if maybe I just had to give up and accept that I was never going to feel better.

But I refused to give up so I tried one more time.  I realized I had to believe in myself.  I had the education and knowledge to discern what was truth versus misinformation.  I had to remember that my heart and my intuition would never lead me in the wrong direction.

Then I finally found the answer.  I finally found the right path and I will never look back.  I developed and applied my own unique holistic approach to fill the gaps that were missing all along.
